Responsibilities:

- Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida's abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
- Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence and prepare for legal action.
- Ensure legal requirements are met for each child's case.
- Participate in training programs to develop litigation skills and stay up-to-date on changes in the law.
- Fulfill all Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
- Provide high-quality advocacy for dependent children.

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years bar admission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Passion for advocating for the well-being of children.
