## Litigation Associate Attorney

**Law Firm** is seeking an associate attorney, with 2-4 years of general business litigation experience (which may include time spent as a judicial clerk) to join the firm’s Cleveland or Columbus office. The **Department** is looking for candidates with outstanding academic credentials (top 10-15 % of class) and possess excellent research and writing skills.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Assist in all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution
- Research and draft pleadings, memoranda of law, and other legal documents
- Prepare discovery requests and responses
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients

**Qualifications:**
- Must have 2-4 years of general business litigation experience (which may include time spent as a judicial clerk)
- Outstanding academic credentials (top 10-15 % of class)
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
