- Organization: Office of the Attorney General (OAG)
- Primary Responsibilities: Represent the State of Texas at legal proceedings, supervise office personnel and legal processes, monitor and ensure compliance with regulations, provide legal advice and counsel, develop and deliver training
- Qualifications: Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, knowledge of Family Law and the Texas Family Code, strong legal writing, mediation, and negotiation skills, ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Texas Child Support Program, management experience, proficiency in Spanish
