The candidate should have a . from an ABA-accredited law school and 4+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience. Should preferably have experience in the following areas: real estate financing transactions; real estate acquisitions and dispositions; drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents; commercial lease transactions and Zoning, land use, and condominiums. Should have excellent academic credentials. Must have the ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change; work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and work well independently as well as effectively within a team. Must have the ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed. Must have the ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Must have the ability and confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions; and the ability to respond to unexpected challenges, including proactively developing innovative solutions to complex problems while maintaining a professional demeanor.
