The duPont REGISTRY Group, a leading organization in publishing, media, and luxury automotive industries, is seeking a highly skilled In-House Counsel to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support and advice across all functional areas of the company and contribute to our continued success and growth.

Key Tasks of the In-House Counsel:

- Provide strategic legal advice on best practices and support all functional areas of the company
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor, customer, license, referral, and joint venture agreements
- Manage corporate records and governance for a global network of affiliates and ensure compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations
- Support M&A transactions and strategic investments
- Advise and counsel HR function on employment law matters
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws and regulations
- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters

Experience and Qualifications:

- Prior experience at a full-service law firm, boutique firm, or in-house with a mid-size entrepreneurial company preferred
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contract law, and general corporate law
- Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
- Fully qualified to practice law in the State of Florida
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with SEC reporting a plus
