Contracts Specialist III - Full Time, Corporate Role - Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Greenville, NC or Asheville, NC or Raleigh, NC

Salary Information:
- High School Diploma or equivalent: $50,000-$60,000 per year
- Bachelor's Degree: $60,000-$70,000 per year
- Paralegal, IACCM or NCMA certifications: additional $5,000-$10,000 per year

Job Description:

- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contractual documents to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
- Provide contract guidance to internal stakeholders for legal, financial, and business concerns.
- Participate in process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and standardization.
- Manage certificates of insurance requests and maintain contracts team intranet site.
- Resolve customer issues and perform data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience Information:

- Minimum 2+ years of legal, contracts, or subcontracts experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Office or Office 365 skills.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus.

Education Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Paralegal, IACCM, or NCMA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing, drafting, and redlining various types of contractual documents.
- Providing contract guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Participating in process improvement projects.
- Managing certificates of insurance requests.
- Maintaining contracts team intranet site.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Performing data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
