The candidate will serve in the practice areas of, general civil and federal litigation, general liability disputes, personal injury litigation, trucking/transportation, coverage disputes, federal workers’ compensation, maritime and admiralty law. Should possess the ability to handle an active trial docket by attending hearings, attending depositions, drafting client reports, drafting motions, drafting standard litigation pleadings, and drafting settlement documents. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and focus are required. Must have 4+ years of experience.
