Baker Donelson, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in New Orleans. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including trial experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work on complex commercial litigation cases
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including trial preparation and trial
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Louisiana
- 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- First or second chair trial experience preferred
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
