We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2018 – 2021 to join our IP Litigation team.

Competitive Salary and Benefits Offered
The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Top Law School Credentials Required
We are seeking attorneys with top law school credentials to join our IP Litigation team. This includes law school class years 2018 – 2021.

IP/Patent Litigation Experience Preferred
Qualified applicants will have IP/patent litigation experience. This is a highly specialized field and we are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of it.

Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or Related Field Preferred
An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees is highly preferred for this position.

CAFC Clerkship Experience a Plus
Experience with CAFC clerkships is a plus for this position. This experience will give you a deeper understanding of IP Litigation and make you a valuable asset to our team.

PTAB Disputes Experience a Plus
Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus for this position. We are looking for candidates who have a well-rounded understanding of IP Litigation and are capable of handling a variety of cases.
