Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to strategize and manage cases effectively.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio and Kentucky Bar.
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
