Des Moines office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property attorney with 2+ years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications. The candidate will serve in patentability analyses; drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications; licensing and transactional work; advising and counseling clients on various matters involving copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets; and working with other attorneys on litigation and transactional matters involving intellectual property. Should preferably have experience with copyrights and trademark registration and prosecution. Must be registered with the federal Patent Bar.
