Walsworth Law Firm is seeking a motivated and experienced associate with 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance bad faith and fraud defense to join our dynamic Insurance practice group. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and experienced group of litigators, receive solid mentorship, and have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid position. We are committed to maintaining a diverse workplace and value the varied experiences and perspectives that it brings.

Requirements:

- Admission to the State Bar of California
- 5-10 years of experience in insurance bad faith and fraud defense or Special Investigation Unit (SIU) claims
- Proficiency in conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Compensation:

- Annual base salary starting at $150,000 - $175,000 (actual salary dependent on various factors)
- Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 - $29,000
