A law firm in Washington, ., is seeking a White Collar Associate Attorney with 5-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in securities litigation, SEC enforcements, government investigations, and a strong preference for additional experience in fraud, corruption, trade sanctions, and export controls. Outstanding academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and admission to the Bar in Washington, ., are required, with preference given to candidates also admitted in Florida.

 

Duties:

  • Handle securities litigation and investigations
  • Assist with SEC enforcements and government investigations
