What will you do as Counsel?

- Handle a caseload of predominantly low to moderate complexity
- Use your legal expertise and litigation skills to deliver optimal results for Travelers' insured customers
- Develop and apply effective trial skills and techniques
- Conduct legal research and demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills
- Supervise research projects and draft legal documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Utilize technology and case management systems effectively
- Travel as needed for business purposes
- Provide advice and training to Claim partners and clients
- Other duties as assigned

What qualifications are required?

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Minimum of one year of litigation practice or prior legal experience
- Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) in which representation is required
- Valid driver's license (depending on location)
