Summary:

The Litigation Counsel position at Mattamy Homes is a full-time, permanent role located in various cities in Florida. The successful candidate will have a . degree from an accredited . law school, at least 5-10 years of experience in commercial and construction litigation, and an active Florida law license. This position will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for supervising and managing pre-litigation and litigation matters in all divisions, coordinating with the General Counsel, supporting day-to-day litigation case management, and handling regulatory agency complaints. The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen understanding of legal issues specific to the homebuilding industry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This position may require travel within Florida, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina, as well as internationally to Canada.
