(LASP) is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the Managing Attorney for its Bristol Office in Bucks County. The successful candidate will have a passion for public interest law and serving low-income individuals and families. This full-time position involves supervising, training, and motivating staff to provide high-quality legal services in accordance with program guidelines and professional standards. The Managing Attorney will also handle a caseload of poverty law issues, including consumer law, bankruptcy, public benefits, employment, expungements, and housing. Job Title: Managing Attorney – Bristol (Bucks County), PA Organization: Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, Inc.
