Law Firm is looking for a lateral attorney to join its Denver office. This position requires 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm setting and must have a track record of success in the practice areas of transactional law, and litigation. The successful candidate will join one of our world-class practice groups and will be a key contributor to our team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and agreements
• Represent clients in court
• Advise clients on legal strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in the development of new business

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Colorado
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm setting
• Strong knowledge of transactional law and litigation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

## Job Description
As a General Lateral Associate, you will provide legal advice to clients on a variety of matters, conduct legal research and draft legal documents, negotiate settlements and agreements, represent clients in court, advise clients on legal strategies, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assist in the development of new business.

## Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, admission to the Bar in the state of Colorado, 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm setting, strong knowledge of transactional law and litigation, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Compensation
The annual compensation range for this position is between $215,000 and $415,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
