- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes
- Deliver services for companies to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments
- Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities
- Assist with project management tasks
- Understand and articulate broader practice and Deloitte overall
- Participate in development of team members
- Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams

The team:

- Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice
- Helps tax departments pursue a streamlined, transparent, and efficient tax function
- Specializes in tax and addresses unique needs, requirements, and obligations
- Offers necessary combination of skills, methodology, and practical experience for successful ERP implementation
- Aligned across global network of member firms

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within hybrid work model
- 3+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Implementation experience with CLM software
- Document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools
- DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- Licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent)
- Enrolled Agent
- PMP (Project Management Certification)
- Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) Certification Program
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
