Salary Range: $95, to $130, Annually

Job Description:

- Representing investors in shareholder rights litigation
- Improving corporate well-being and increasing long-term value for clients
- Recovering lost finances for clients
- Pursuing class-wide remedies for violations of antitrust and consumer protection laws

Minimum Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to the State Bar of California
- Experience or strong interest in securities litigation

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and applying litigation skills in an entrepreneurial but collegial environment
- Collaborating with colleagues and utilizing collective abilities for best results
- Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as an attorney
- Strong interest in complex civil litigation and securities-related matters
- Results-oriented and driven to succeed
- Self-starter with a desire to develop and thrive in a dynamic work environment
