Job Summary:

The Associate General Counsel for Compliance & Ethics will lead Exelon's corporate investigations program and supervise a team of experienced professionals. This position reports to the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and is responsible for overseeing all investigations of potential violations of the company's Code of Business Conduct and other policies. The Associate General Counsel will also provide training on investigative best practices and analyze data related to compliance and ethics investigations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all corporate investigations and provide advice on investigative techniques and best practices
- Lead complex and significant investigations
- Develop and provide training related to investigative best practices and other compliance and ethics topics
- Analyze data and present information on investigative trends to company leadership
- Provide clear guidance on compliance and ethics matters to employees at all levels
- Perform other compliance and ethics projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- LLB or JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Deep investigations experience, including leading complex financial or data-intensive investigations
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team and collaborate effectively with other leaders in the organization
- Superior judgment, analytical abilities, and communication skills
- Highly responsive and organized while handling a high volume of sensitive matters

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior litigation experience
- Prior government enforcement investigations experience
