Law Firm Seeking Member Level Healthcare Attorney with Regulatory Experience

This position can be remote or located in one of our offices in Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to healthcare providers on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and transactional matters.
- Draft and negotiate professional service, joint venture, business associate, and other healthcare related agreements.
- Serve on healthcare M&A deal teams, including assistance with due diligence, regulatory review, and drafting of transaction documents.
- Develop and implement corporate compliance and HIPAA compliance programs for healthcare providers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare law with a focus on regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related laws and regulations.
- Self-starter with a desire to join and contribute to a national team.
- Portable book of business preferred.
