Summary:

DeMayo Law Offices is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of personal injury practice experience, as well as experience managing a team and supervising employees. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly preferred. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

As a Personal Injury Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices, you will be responsible for managing all non-priority client files from assignment date throughout treatment process and until disbursement. This includes conducting attorney reviews, monitoring case flow, and communicating with clients to promote world class client service. You will also oversee the medical records department, handle settlement appointments, and strategize for ways to improve the value of cases for client benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school and admission in good standing to the NC State Bar (admission to the SC State Bar is a plus). They must have a passion for client service and building a world-class operation, as well as the ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities, and lead others. Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
