- Responsible for legal collection process for creditors
- Headquartered in Golden Valley, Minnesota with offices in multiple states
- Practice focused on developing attorneys' litigation skills, strategies, and industry knowledge

- Provide practical assessments and advice to clients during legal collection process
- Advocates for clients in and out of court
- Draft and review legal documents
- Document account/file activity in accordance with Firm and client policies
- Travel to various courts and handle all aspects of litigation
- Research and interpret laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients in a responsive manner
- Attend continuing education classes and seminars to remain current with changes in the law
- Qualified attorney with active license and no history of discipline
- Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred but not required
- Knowledge of civil litigation process and consumer protection laws
- Ability to collaborate with others and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses leadership skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Travel may be required for court appearances
