Law Firm Seeks Experienced Personal Injury Lawyer for Remote Position

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team and delegate tasks to litigation paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
- Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to clients
- Maintain updated documentation of all case files in the management system
- Settle on behalf of clients and negotiate reasonable agreements
- Review, modify, and draft legal documents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's and . degree required
- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, and medical terminology
- State license to practice law and membership in State Bar Association
- Strong research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- Computer proficiency

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE + Bonus
