The candidate will handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, manage the property evaluation process (including matters of the title and survey), prepare transaction documents, review and negotiate loan documents and manage the closing process. Coordinate and direct the review, management and preparation of commercial leasing documentation. Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REA's) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's). Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with an outstanding academic record is required. Should have 2-6 years job experience as a commercial real estate attorney with transactional experience. Admission to the Virginia Bar in good standing is required.
