This role offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for growth, leadership, and collaboration with core team members. As the Corporate & Securities Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and venture capital and start-up investments. This includes advising on deal structuring, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, and leading legal negotiations on complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
