Total Wine & More, the country's largest independent retailer of wine, beer, and spirits, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Legal department at our Store Support Center in Bethesda, MD. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in handling the legal issues of our growing company. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for the Legal Department in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Conduct legal research and prioritize tasks for efficient completion
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information regarding the company's legal and internal operations
- Collaborate with management and external parties on various legal matters, including compliance, contracts, and litigation
- Assist with administrative duties such as file organization, correspondence management, and meeting coordination

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in a top corporate law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate law, labor law, commercial real estate, or regulatory compliance
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
- Professionalism in interactions with all levels of management and external parties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
