- The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions, as well as litigation experience.
- Strong research and writing skills are required, and admission to the Arizona State Bar is necessary.
- The firm represents a variety of clients in complex coverage claims, with experience in virtually every line of business.

Qualifications:

- At least 7-12 years of experience in insurance law and litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
- Experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions.
- Litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, and motion drafting and arguing.
- Demonstrated interest in insurance law.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret contracts of all kinds for insurance coverage.
- Represent insurers in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation.
- Work with primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a growing, collaborative firm.
