The Compliance Manager - Incident Response position at Elevance Health is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $85,200 to $153,360, depending on location and qualifications. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence, supporting the team and management.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. This approach allows for a balance of remote work and in-person collaboration. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or a 1-hour commute of a relevant Elevance Health location.

The primary responsibilities of the Compliance Manager include managing and overseeing projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, and risk assessments. This role also involves conducting complex investigations, documenting findings, and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Additionally, the Compliance Manager will be the main point of contact for external clients, regulators, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including high-level management.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy. A combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background will also be considered. An MS/MBA/JD or professional designation is preferred, and the ability to travel may be required.
