The Funds and Securities Attorney will play a crucial role in advising clients on matters related to company formation, corporate governance, securities law, angel investments, and venture capital financings. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on company formation, corporate governance, and securities law matters.
  • Advise clients on angel investments and venture capital financings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in securities and private investment fund formation.
  • Strong interest or experience in working with public companies, startups, founders, and venture capital firms.
  • Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
