Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, a leading law firm in Virginia, is currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in real estate transactions and development. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Virginia and have at least 3 years of legal experience in this practice area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to join our dynamic team and work on challenging and rewarding cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing contracts related to real estate development
- Conducting title reviews and preparing recordable instruments
- Conducting legal research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the transactions
- Managing time-sensitive deliverables with attention to detail

Requirements:

- Virginia bar license and graduate of an accredited law school
- 3+ years of legal experience in real estate development transactions
- Strong drafting, editing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage time-sensitive tasks
