Clyde & Co, a global law firm with nearly 70 offices worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney/ Senior Counsel to join their team in either San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney with 10+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation to join a dynamic and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and class-actions
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings and mediations
- Manage and supervise associates and paralegals
- Interact with clients

Qualifications:

- Admission to practice law in California
- 8+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, specifically with commercial general liability policies
- State and federal court experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Skills and Abilities Required:

- Interpersonal, leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
- Comfortable interacting with high level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
