A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a primary focus on medical malpractice defense. The ideal candidate should possess an active Bar license in MD (DC Bar license is a plus), a Juris Doctor (.) degree, and strong research and writing skills. Prior trial/litigation experience is preferred, and familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw is essential. The position is based in Annapolis.

Duties:

• Specialize in medical malpractice defense as the primary focus of practice.
• Utilize legal research tools, including Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw, to conduct thorough research.
• Provide support in trial and litigation processes.
• Maintain an active Bar license in MD; DC Bar license is a plus.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in MD.
• DC Bar license is a plus.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
