As a Contracts Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's Kindle, Web Services, and Consumer/B2B retail businesses. Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for assigned business team
• Participate in team meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects
• Provide support to business leadership
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Create new procedures and workflows to improve contract management processes
• Use data to measure results and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
• Experience with MS office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship
• Previous in-house legal experience and experience with technology companies is a plus

Compensation

• Base pay ranges from $60,800/year to $146,300/year, depending on geographic market and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
• Additional forms of compensation, such as equity and sign-on payments, may be provided as part of a total compensation package
