Overview:

This exciting opportunity is open to candidates with 3-5 years of experience in top tier law firms, specifically in transactions involving multifamily housing properties. Job Description:
As a Real Estate Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions involving multifamily housing properties. This may include LIHTC and affordable housing properties, although experience in these areas is not required. You will work closely with our experienced team of attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to our clients. We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Salary Information:
At Holland & Hart, we believe in merit-based compensation. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, we are providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $190,000 - $230,000. In addition, there may be a discretionary bonus available based on performance, and associates are eligible for fee splits.
