Job Duties: Reviewing title abstracts and loan documents in preparation of noticing foreclosure sales. Legal research and writing. Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and Court personnel, among others. Job Qualifications: Admitted to practice and in good standing in Tennessee.
