Law Firm is looking for a qualified Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal applicant will have a desire to represent creditors in foreclosures, evictions and/or title proceedings, as well as experience in creditor-side bankruptcy and litigation. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

Reviewing title abstracts and loan documents in preparation of noticing foreclosure sales.
Legal research and writing.
Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and Court personnel, among others.

Job Qualifications:

Admitted to practice and in good standing in Tennessee. Admitted to practice in other states (AL, GA, VA) is a plus.
A positive, respectful, growth-oriented mentality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize a high volume workload.

Salary
