F3 Law is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Sacramento office as part of our Student Services and Special Education department. This is a unique opportunity to work with K-12 schools and community colleges, helping to provide legal support that directly impacts the education and well-being of our children and communities. We are looking for an attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills who is a member of the State Bar of California. As an Associate Attorney in our Student Services and Special Education department, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in the individualized education program process, present workshops, review and revise policies and procedures, and respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings. This is a unique and rewarding role that allows you to make a direct impact on the education system and the lives of students.
