# Tax Credit & Impact Finance Associate Attorney

Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs), to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group.

## Job Summary

This position is located in Denver, CO and is a full-time role. The associate attorney will be responsible for providing tax credit and impact finance legal services. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, a minimum of 0-5 years of transactional experience, as well as a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs).

## Compensation

Our associate compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the base compensation for this role ranges between $170,000 and $210,000.
