North Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 3+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will handle cases from client intake through resolution and be responsible for all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents, arguing motions, and attending depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Must have good knowledge of insurance and tort law with experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Must be a member of Rhode Island Bar. Being a member of MA Bar is a plus.
