Position Requirements:

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle high volume caseload
• Expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks
• Negotiation skills with opposing counsel
• Willingness to travel to various courts within Tennessee
• Report all activity and results to Managing Attorney

Salary Information:
• Exempt position
• Full-time employment
• Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Experience Information:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an attorney
• Experience in creditors' rights law preferred
