The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters related to public agency procurement and contracting, public works, real property transactions, and general agency law. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience and a strong knowledge of these areas, as well as excellent research and writing skills. Additionally, the Associate Attorney should possess the ability to handle and manage contract preparation, negotiate legal compliance and risk management, and effectively communicate with clients. The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 per year.

Law Firm is seeking a self-motivated Associate Attorney with experience in facilities, construction, and property law to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a member of our Facilities, Construction and Property Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters related to public agency procurement and contracting, public works, real property transactions, and general agency law.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with three to five years of experience and a strong understanding of public contract law, bidding processes, and requests for proposals. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess knowledge of public works, including bid protests, prompt payment, stop payment notices, false claims, suretyship, and prevailing wage law. Experience with real property transactions, due diligence, entitlements, and public agency compliance issues is also highly desirable.
