- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy and tactics
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend court appearances and hearings as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents
- Meet or exceed minimum hourly requirements
