Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, a growing and well-respected civil litigation law firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team. With offices in Raleigh and Asheville, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and provide legal opinions on insurance policy interpretation
- Advise insurers on their obligations with respect to claims handling and coverage issues
- Handle non-litigated insurance coverage work including writing opinion letters
- Manage phases of litigation including motion practice, drafting declaratory judgement actions, discovery, and case management
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience
- Strong understanding of insurance policy interpretation
- Admission to the bar required, North and/or South Carolina privileges preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multi-tasking abilities
