- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Preferred qualifications include jury trial experience, experience in the rental housing industry, affordable housing experience, and experience with legal databases such as Lexis/Westlaw and ProLaw

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing documents and guiding clients through the eviction process
- Providing legal advice through various forms of communication
- Drafting legal correspondence and pleadings
- Litigating unlawful detainer trials in Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino courts
- Completing project-based work and other duties as needed to support the practice group

Salary Range: $120, - $140, per year
