Tax Manager - Real Estate:

H1: Join Our High-Growth Team as a Tax Manager for Real Estate Clients
H2: Technical & Quality Expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client Service/Business Development

- Full-time position with competitive benefits and compensation package
- Work with a diverse range of clients in the real estate industry, including REITs, private equity funds, and property management firms
- Serve as a Career Advisor, providing mentorship and coaching to team members
- Train and develop staff members to support their career growth
- Review and analyze complex partnership returns for real estate clients
- Act as the Tax client service coordinator for appropriate clients
- Advise clients on various corporate tax services and assist with new business development
- Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Licensed JD required
- 5+ years of experience in business taxation, preferably with a Big 4 or large accounting firm
- Prior experience working with real estate private equity clients and REITs
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Some travel may be required for client needs

Compensation Information:
- $84,200 - $183,500 annual salary range
