## Real Estate Staff Attorney - West Coast Offices Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with eight offices nationwide that is looking for a Real Estate Staff Attorney to join its Affordable Housing team in one of its West Coast offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, lending, finance, real estate joint ventures and land development projects. ### Job Description The Real Property Practice Group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a staff attorney to join its Affordable Housing team in one of its West Coast offices. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and responsibilities: * Minimum of three years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, lending, finance, real estate joint ventures and land development projects * Emphasis on lender side financing experience, affordable housing, and prior law firm experience * Strong title and survey experience * Ability to work with paralegals * Confident and self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently * Desire to assist client teams in more complex transactions * Ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney * * Excellent writing skills * High level of attention to detail * Track record of responsiveness * Positive professional references ### Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
