Location/Division Specific Information:
This position is based out of Pittsburgh, PA or Greenville, NC or Asheville, NC or Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contractual documents
- Provide contract guidance to internal stakeholders
- Support process improvement projects
- Manage certificates of insurance requests
- Maintain contracts team intranet resource site
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Complete compliance reviews
- Data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of legal, contracts, or subcontracts experience
- Advanced MS Office or Office 365 skills
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus
