PwC, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager for our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice within our Tax Services division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on their unique and ever-changing tax obligations, providing strategic consulting and specialized tax services related to partnership structures and transactions. This is a full-time position with up to 20% travel required.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs
- Act as a strategic consultant for business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions
- Assist clients with gaining access to capital markets and cash liquidity
- Enhance the process for taking Complex Partnership Solutions public
- Provide financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation, and advisory services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions
- CPA or Member of the Bar certification required
- Strong knowledge of US Tax Code sections and regulations related to partnership structures
- Experience with consulting and modeling pre- and post-IPOs, M&A transactions, and equity transactions
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships, Up-Cs, and UPREITs
- Proficient in preparing Form 1065 and K-1, using complex spreadsheets and data analytic tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
