Law Firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to join our team in Oakland, CA. This role is primarily remote, with regular on-site requirements for local WCAB (Workers' Compensation Appeals Board) hearings and client/team meetings at our Oakland office.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

- Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

**Qualifications:**

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
- Licensure:
- Transportation: Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California

**Additional Information:**

This role involves extensive interaction with the public and requires adherence to a professional dress code and demeanor. Currently, client interactions are primarily conducted via phone and video meetings.
