Lewis Roca is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney in the Denver metro area with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the defense of first-party commercial and residential property claims, insurance coverage, and insurance class actions in Colorado.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team on related cases, including supervision by experienced partners, but must be capable of taking a lead role in independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, retaining and working with experts, attending mediations, and related tasks. It is critical that the candidate be capable of managing multiple cases at once, have strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for our clients. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to utilize junior associates for some case work, such as legal research, where appropriate.

**Compensation**

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $105 per billable hour commensurate with experience and will be primarily designed for remote work. The anticipated need is an average of 100 – 150 billable hours per month but will be flexible and based on demand.
